I purchased a Dual screen portable DVD player in November and was able to use it two times before it went dead and the power outlet on the unit does not work, therefore it does not charge. The company customer service phone number does not work and neither does the email address they provide on their company website. I am now outside of the 90 day warranty period so cannot get it fixed for free only because I CANNOT LOCATE THIS COMPANY!
