I bought my daughter a Durabrand portable DVD player for in the car and after a month it stopped working. I put a DVD in it and it says it's loading then it says " NO DISK " and I know there is a cleaned disk in there. I don't know how to reset it, if you can even reset it. I just want what I paid for to work. I paid a whole lot of money fro something to work for only a week!! I either want another one or I want this one fixed!!!

You paid a lot of money for a Durabrand product ?????? If you actually did, you REALLY got scammed. These pieces of crap are normally sold by Walmart for very little money, and they usually last until the warranty expires ( about 90 days ). From now on, stick with the name brands, and shy away from cheap junk. And stop wasting your time trying to call a disconnected number...geezzzzzzzz. Doesn't having a phone taken out of a place of business tell you something ???????
