I ordered the L'Envi Age Defying Cream and the Anti Wrinkle cream as a trial order just to see if I was going to be satisfied with the product, at which time I would then be able to re-order. I see absolutely no difference at all and I am very dis-satisfied with the product.

I thought the $4.95 and $5.95 I paid was for the shipping of the trial product. Now my bank account has been charged $12.97 for free shipping, $94.99 for the age defying cream, and $94.95 for the wrinkle cream. I called the company and was told they do not give refunds. I have talked to my bank and they are going to try to help with this problem.

I did use my debit card.
