L'envi age defying ski cream US Natural Supplements LLC ordered trial sample of skin cream for shipping and then was called that i needed the eye cream for additional $5.95 to go with the cream. Then charged $95 and $99 15 days later. called to cancel and was told I didn't read the fine print. When they called me about the eye cream they didn't tell me about the terms on this purchase. The phone number that was on my credit card statement was for St. Jude's hospital in Tennessee. A total scam. Martinez Georgia

Received special offer for $5 cream on my grocery receipt after I took a survey.  Ordered the cream, not realizing it was a subscription or that I would be charged an additional $95.   After I ordered the cream, I received  a phone call the next day  telling me I need the eye cream also so they billed my an additional $5 without telling me that I was signing up for a subscription or that I would be charged an additional $99 after 15 days if I didn't return the cream. 

When I saw the charges on my credit card statement, I called the 800 number listed by the charge.  The 800 number was for St. Jude's hospital in Tennessee and the other 800 number listed rang into a travel survery.  Luckily I had the number from the distribution center that called me regarding the eye cream.  The distribution center was able to cancel my subscription and give me the phone number to the L'envi ski care center in Gerogia.  The lady only offered me a 15 % discount and then a 60% discount but I said I wanted a full refund.  She gave me the return address to send the cream back but not sure if I am getting a full refund since I had opened the bottle. She basically hung up on me after giving me the return address. Sounds like they are getting a ton of calls - what a scam!  Do not order the cream! What a rip off!
