On August 22, 2006 Lenny Jones sent me to pick out a car at Adesa Auto Auction. Lenny Jones got the VIN # and wrote up a Purchase Order and had me take it down to Arizona Federal Credit Union to apply for a loan. On August 25, 2006 Az Fed. Credit Union approved my loan and issued a check to Lenz Motors for $34,000.00. Lenny Jones owner of Lenz Motors purchased a 2004 BMW from Adesa Auto Auction on August 25, 2006 using the funds that Az Fed. Credit Union issued him.
The BMW was delivered to me on August 25, 2006. Lenny Jones then took the title of the BMW which was in his name at that time to Ellertson's Dobson Ranch mobil profit sharing company and took out a loan for approx. $30-$32,000.00 using my BMW as collateral without my knowledge. Lenny Jones never made good on his loan payments to Ellertson's Dobson Ranch.
On August 22, 2007 my BMW was repossed by EDR. I have contacted Lenny Jones and Lenz Motors several times to correct this situation and as of September 11, 2007 nothing has been done by Lenny Jones. The BMW was sold by EDR on September 7, 2007. I am still responsible for the car note I have through Az Fed. Credit Union even thought I have no car.
Im in the process of suing Lenz Motors and Az Fed. Credit Union. I am getting no answers from either company to resolve this issue.

Here is another bad decision I made morally, I dated Veronica Valenzuela for a year and a half, what's interesting about her information is she posted this after Marcus did this, I can tell you Veronica knew everything that went on with this car. What's sad when i tried to contact her she denied everything when I mentioned her knowledge of things. I am reaping what I sowed by making poor decisions to be with these women. It cost me my marriage and business. I wish Veronica the best I tried helping her with her boys and this is my thanks. Oh well, another bad decision. What's terrible is both Veronica and Marcus aim was to destroy my name which I could reveal secrets I know, but I'm above that. i wish everyone the best!!!!

hi veronica lenz motors did the same thing to my wife. they took advantage of her also they gave her 1 car with a vin # but the purchase order had a different vin # so she was in the wrong car. were suing him but i think his assets are frozen he doesnt have any money and for you you cant have 2 liens on 1 car sounds like az fed had the lien on that vin # unless the vehicle he brought had a different vin # i heard he owes az fed @200,000 grand and they keep doing buisness with him because cust are getting a check and taking to him they cant prevent that but he is racking up lots of lawsuits i want to do a class action lawsuit please contact me (((email. redacted))) THANKS MARCUS W
