UPDATE 8/11/2015:

Last year i won my case against Leon Kohen hpapplesales2012 and i garnished his bank accounts and the bank paid me all my money.

i noticed 2 things and that's why i am updating this report:

2- hpapplesales2012 out off business on eBay. scammers & thefts like Leon Kohen will not stay long in any business.

on April 11, 2014 i received call from the court to inform me that the judge revised the judgment I've got on 4/7/2014 and will send it back to mediation again.

the reason for that as they said, that defendant LEON KOHEN asked the court for phone hearing but the judge did not see that on her table until 4 days after she granted me the small claim judgment.

so, there is nothing i can do and we have to follow the judge order.

we may have a deal in the mediation meeting and i think i will not have the chance to update anymore here, otherwise if we did not have any deal to close this case; i will update when will be the court hearing.

the court called me to inform me that something went wrong that the defendant's request for phone hearing they did not see it until after 4 days from granting me the judgment.

now we have to start all over again by going back to mediation and if did not solve then go to have hearing.

so, if i did not updated this anymore, that means we've got a deal to close everything related to this case.

if we go to court, i will update you.

UPDATE on 4/7/2014

Just came back from the court

Leon Kohen did not show up, did not call, did not do any action for my case aginst him and he did not pay any fee for any counter case or any thing else. the check and the counter case pictures was fake and another lie.

at the court; i told the judge that Leon Kohen returned back my Laptop to me but with some damages and some missing parts.

the parts was missing are: the Vedio Chip, Power Card and 1X2GB DDR2 Ram

i told the judge the all my cost to repair thise damages and missing parts was $160 plus the case cost ($53+$60+$100) with TOTAL of $373

the Judge make the distion of the case in my favoer and i won the case.

now i have to wait for the mail and move to next step to cllect the money from him

I've been to the court for mediation on May 12, 2014

Leon Kohen did not show up & did not call.

he told the court that he will attend by phone and he will be using this # (786) 203-7830

because he did not call; the judge grants me a judgment of $215 + $100 prevailing + $53 court fee + $60 service fee

with Total of $428

Leon Kohen really makes a lot of damages for my laptop before he send it back and he stole some parts too.

he took everything that he can and replace some parts with another and he damages the parts that he did not take.

after the court, he emailed me throw eBay, threaten me.

i reported him to eBay and they may band him if they found that's real threat.

i reported him to Oregon police too and they will call him to ask him not to contact me anymore.

i hope he will pay what he has to pay and move forward in his life.

He scammed me by offering on internet to repair Laptops and after he received those Laptops; He will never repair them and never returned them back to the owners

update:

Only after i sue Leon Kohen at Washington County Court, Oregon - Case # C 140869 SC He has no way but to returned the Laptop. He returned it but was not in good condition and some parts was missing (USPS Tracking 9410809699937341777151). he replace my 1x2GB RAM Memory Stick with 2X215MB RAM, the power button was not working (it was working when i sent it to him) and He replaced the speakers cover with used dented one. so far i don't know what else did he steal or broke or replace.

Because of the case that i sue him; He been forced to return the Laptop and he has paid the curt fee $53 by personal Chase check

So far i am steal waiting for the other fee and cost to be paid by him and the case still going on until he pay all the cost or settle the case with me. as i will update my case to ask about the memory ram and the power button.

Leon Kohen tried to threaten me with so many ways. one of those that he will sue me for defamation of character and harassment and other threaten.

He keep fighting for his THEFT and SCAMMING even when i offer him to help him and work with him to make things right and to become a honest man and i really lost all the ways with him.
