Seeing is believing!. I worked with Leonore Dalmacio at the same hotel. There were all kind of complaints from other employees like things disappearing around people’s desks when Leonore was around but what caused her firing was some big issue in the hotel’s accounting department involving Leonore. There was some auditing done after guests and employees started complaining and the auditors found some attempted theft on Leonore’s part. She was on maternity leave when the investigation took place and management didn’t let her return to work. Her immediate boss, a close friend of Leonore who actually hired her was also terminated. I’m not sure if her boss was involved on the attempted theft or not.

I’m stunned to read other previous employer’s accounts about the same conduct from Leonore. I do believe she is a kleptomaniac because like I said there was stuff disappearing in the back office when Leonore was around. It was kind of an internal joke but we used to tell each other we should hide our belongings in the lockers when she was in the office. I don’t know what’s really going on with her. On the outside she looks like a normal person but as you get to know her better you get an eerie feeling about her and you catch her on so many lies.
