Leroy S Watson owner Northwest Construction General Contracting Did not finish botched patio and sidewalk job . Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Leroy Watson started concrete job on June 22nd 2020. At 1708 and 1706 S Avondale st,Phila PA 19142. When he knew he had the job he quickly had workers come and tear out my side walk , walkway and steps.

After that we had to keep calling him to get the work done. He was here last on Aug 10, or, 11 2020. The job is still not finished.

He left gaps on the side of the steps where grass and weeds can grow. He left framing boards still in place. There was a mound of sand and framing boards left infront of my garage so I couldn't park my car, some boards are still in the rear of my house . All of this was moved by my grand daughter and my self .

He did not put the proper amount of rebar in the retaining wall ,did not fill any of the wall . Did not reinstall my wrot iron railing because he made the walkway too high, because he did not not dig it out properly. left it laying on the patio.

The side walk and patio has areas he was to come back and fix . At 1706 he was to come back and finish pouring and leveling the patio,and fill in the side of the steps, he has not come back .It is now Sept 18th 2020.

The retaing wall was left open with no cap on it, we where told we would have to pay more for the cap, this left us with an unfinished wall. We are left to hire somone or finish it on our own.
