Leroy started  work on my home on October 6, 2020.  He was suppose to replace  4X25 section of my side and back roof, remove an awning and stucco my chimney.  He replaced the walls but didn't complete where the roof meets the wall I have untreated lumber nailed up there with a small piece of aluminum.  He did not stucco my chimney they just threw cement on it. So because of these issues I have a leak in my kitchen and a leak in my bathroom which is why I wanted the chimney stucco.  He was also suppose to remove all the trash, old bricks and awning and left that.  I have tried numerous times to contact him by phone and text but no reply.  Now I am out $6300 and will have to pay someone to complete this work.
