Waited a whole week for the warranty guy to show up between 1pm to 3pm and the the guy does not know how to press a gate annuniciator and call to tell me is leaving and it was only 1:21 pm when he called and I told him I would get my wife to open the gate and he left, so much for Mack Worldwide warranty
