NOW A 200.00 CHARGE FOR YOUR FIRST BILL IS A RIP OFF. THE PHONE WOULD NEVER LOG ON OR OFF AND HOW CAN I BE CHARGED FOR THIS.

Did you contact the company regarding the faulty phone and try to work a solution as soon as you realized it didn't work?
