Have been receiving calls from unknown cities including today 12/1/2015. Answered and got recording "We have attempted to contact you, the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. Phone 509-643-4435. Registered to Level 3 Communications, LLC in Sunnyside WA.

Took advantage of my 3 way calling on cell phone and got the State of Washington Attorney General's office on the line when I returned the call to them. They listened to the threatening BS of the Level 3 guy and they took it from there. NEW CELL PHONE TECHNOLOGY IS AWESOME TO USE IN CIRCUMSTANCES LIKE THIS.
