Levi Dimick L and D pools Complete waste of money. A five year old could have done a better job installing my pool saratoga ballston spa New York

 We hired Levi to take a pool down, and move it. There were at least four people (my family) helping him at all times. Not only did he call  frequently before actually hiring him, but when we did decide to hire him, he asked for money down to show hime that we were "serious". He wanted to take the pool down on Sunday (an extremely windy evening). We got the distinct impression that he really didn't know what he was doing. Trying to give him a chance, we still had him come set the pool up. Set up was Tuesday. He was a half hour late when he showed up at 8:30 am. He set the tracks up and again, with our help, put the wall up. They had to take it down and redo it because he had miscounted how many peices of track he put down. after 12 hours of mistakes, the pool is up and he said it is ready for water. There are huge wrinkles in the liner, actually they are more like folds in the liner, not wrinkles. the floor of the pool is a foot up the wall on one side and too low on the other. After looking at it the next day, it has to be taken down again because the ground is not level either. When he was hired, he said he would have all the tools for the job. he showed up without the transit, and the tamper. He smoked half of my husbands cigarettes throughout the day. Very unprofessional. He tried telling us that when there was more water in the pool, the wrinkles would go away. He is wrong. I do know from experience that if the wrinkles aren't out before the pool is full, they will be there forever.
