be carefull...i bought a van from him, september 2014 he used to have office in 2727 seamen ave south el monte.
the pink slip arrived after 9 months, the registration tags also about six months. i lost the transmission after a week. he agreed to take the van back. after 4 months he showed up in my house and gave me back $2500, ( i paid $6500) he promised to give me back the money (the rest) in a week. i am still trying to find him, he is the master of promisses....
i bought the van for work , i was never able to use it even for one day. today i am calling dmv investigatore and suing him in small claim court.
he specializ in vans and trucks.

levon came today and gave me the remaining balance $4000.00. so everything is good.
and i also bought another van from him.
