LexMod Sugar Stores Fraud, deception, lies, poor quality, incomplete products. South Bruswick Township New Jersey

 LexMod/Sugar Stores is a very, VERY deceptive company. Their products are misrepresented, are of very poor quality, and incomplete.

 We ordered their espresso brown patio set. What we received was not...it was a very cheap-looking GREY and incomplete (missing an entire piece). When we made contact to return the items they gave us the run around offering various pittances to keep the set as-is. We refused and they finally agreed to pick it up and lied about making arrangements. It was clear they never had any intention of picking it up and issuing us a refund. We were forced to contact our credit card company for a chargeback.

LIE after LIE after LIE...

 After we submitted all our evidence  was submitted to the credit card company the chargeback was placed. But a few weeks later LexMod CHARGED OUR CARD AGAIN! We are still in the middle of this expensive mess created by LexMod - we are fighting to get back our $3000. Beware this horribly deceptive company.
