lexus of pembroke pines sold me a certified car with lots of issues.i returned the car to them and i was put in a different vehicle.the gap policy from the original vehicle was never cancelled as promised.
today 2/2/2010 i contacted the dept of insurance in florida and filed a compalint against the dealer and the gap carrier.this carrier is called fidelity warranty services and it is own by the im and associates owner of the same lexus dealer that sold me the car.
i cannot get a legit answer form the dealership and the finance manager.this individual even told that a check was mailed to me last friday.i called the carrier and they do not have any idea of this since the policy is still active!!!!
beware of this lexus dealership anf their finance dept. they do not treat you fairly and will lie to your face.
