Libertex EU Libertex.com Fraud /scam - funds deposited on the Libertex trading account can never be withdrawn Cyprus

 My husband opened a trading account with Libertex.com and deposited money on it with his own bank card. Sometime after he also used my own credit card to add additional funds into this account. I provided him a power of attorney and some other documents to use my card on the platform . Today my husband stopped trading and wanted to withdraw the money on the account, however Libertex did not want him to withdraw and send him a list of documents to provide among these, my identification documents, power of attorney, copy of my bank card and a picture of myself holding the bank card. 

After sending the full list , they asked over again and again the same documents to be uploaded. Despite all the documents sent and several emails sent, they still refuse to my husband to withdraw the money. They just want to keep the money on this account. 

This is totally unacceptable and we are going in a circle without finding anyone to talk to or to solve the matter. they do not have any phone number nor they give any reply to our emails. 

This is a big scam company.
