At 8:30 pm on a Sunday I get a summons to "appear" on a fradulant action against me instigated by Tom Potter at Liberty Acquisitions. Basically, these scumbags buy "speculative debts" at pennies on the dollar and then try to extort blood money from people using strong-armed intimidation tactics. Basically, they file for a summary judgement to they can have wages and assets garnished.

Do they make any attempt to verify the validity of the debts they buy? Of course not, why would they?

They are just out to extort poor working class people and should be ashamed of themselves.
