I have been served a summons to appear in court on February 15 in Adams County. According to the paperwork I received today, I was 15 years old at the time of this debt, which I know nothing of. It looks to be a credit card of some sort where the final bill was 1466.71. Liberty Acquisitions has apparently added interest in the amount of 2906.25,making this bill 4372.96. I did not have a credit card at 14 or 15 years of age. This is a bogus charge and I feel that this company is a scam company, trying to rip people off.
