Liberty Benefits promised me a mastercharge with a $2500 limit for $299. They said I would receive the card within 5 weeks of them taking the money out of my bank account. The money was removed from my account on 12-19-03 and I still have not received the card. Itried to call the # they gave me but no answers the phone.
