Liberty Benefits Services company called and promised me credit card but sent application for a pre paid card and wanted 39.95 after I had already paid them 179.95 Closter new jersey

I received a call at my work promising me a csecured credit card with a $2000 limit for a fee of 179.99 they also promised that this amount would be paid back to me in vouchers. What I received was a credit repair kit and an application for a pre paid care. They also wanted me to pay them 39.99 for the rpre paid card. When I told them this was unsatifactory and asked for my money back they told me this was against there policy and I could not received my money back.
