On June 22, 2017 a young man knocked on our door and indicated he was selling magazine subscriptions to pay his way through college. 

I signed up for several subscriptions that totalled $96.00, but never received a single issue.  He insisted on payment on the spot, with which I complied.

A sad result of this is that I will never, ever buy again from a door to door salesperson.  That is too bad for the legitimate student trying to pay their way through college or the disadvantaged person trying to feed their family.

Liberty Data Center One man claimed that I could give a donation to a local charity - showed me a folder full of book gift sets - and I said that I would donate a $300 set of books to a battered women's center. he never wrote down the name of the shelter, and I did not give him an address. I told him that I did not have any checks, and did not have $360.00 in cash in my home. He suggested that I go to the ATM when I asked him to return the following day to give him a check. I will pursue these thieves. Glendale Arizona

Liberty Data Center I have a POA for my elderly neighbor who lives alone. I went out to run an errand and while gone and totally the NO SOLICIATION sign posted, they entered the house and stole $68.00 from my neighbors purse. The sold a subscription to a legally blind woman suffering from dementia Glendale Arizona
