I went to high school with Chad and I even got scammed by him, Liberty Resources and Solomon Arbitration. I went to court over this and the documents that Liberty Resources provided were useless from what the law firm provided and the Judge sided with the law firm and nailed me with a Judgment of $30k ($14k from credit card and $13k in law fees)...
Chad is now involved with the company YTB, which deals with making traveling arrangement online. I have been told that YTB is a real company, but if Chad is involved then stay away... The last thing Chad emailed me was As far as things with me, if I was doing any better I would have a high speed come apart ;) Liberty is DEAD. So I am glad to hear that he is just fine and dandy while I have to worry about paying off this d**n debt...
Please go to your Attorney General, FTC, and Postal Inspector to file a fraud complaint. We all need to get together to start a class action lawsuit as well... Submit one on this site as well ripoffreport.com. The postal inspector called me and left a message, but I did not call YET because I was still in court dealing with this arbitration, but I am calling on Tuesday.
