I have been a 10 year client with liberty tax. This tax year I filed in January 22,2015 however the tax office didn't send my return until February ,2015 making my refund sit for almost 21 days, I spoke to the office manager several times via phone and in person I was assured this was not there fault that the IRS is responsible, second I was charged $701.00 in preparation fees which is ridiculous. Now almost a month later I still have no refund and the satisfaction guarantee is completely false they do not honor this guarantee for any reason I am angry and when asked for information to contact the owner I was told she couldn't give me that information,
