liberty lost my tax return files and can not find me on their computer so it's no wonder when the cra contacted them they never responded later when i called them they said i was mistaken i never filed my taxes with them. it's a good thing i have a receipt and the cra knows who e files for you they cost me $6500.00 ..........their guarantee says "if you are called upon to verify the preparation of your return, we will accompany you " i was never given that opportunity because they didn't considered me a customer and never responded appropriately.      dave at  (((email redacted)))   and liberty you got my cell#
