Ordered a cell phone on Oct. 11, 2004, they debited my account 2 days later for $97.19 but I am still waiting for my phone as of Nov. 19, 2004. Company Rep. named Nerisse kept stating that the phone was mailed Oct 20th. then Nov. 9th. then Nov. 18th. Looks like a rip off game to me. Needless to say I will not use their service in the future. I signed up with a different cell phone service and was given a new phone and actived in 1 hour as well as a better rate plan than Liberty Wireless offered. Buyer Beware!
