We ordered Life Alert service for our mother, Mary Sever. She did not like the service but was locked into a three year contract. The contract is up, but I still cannot get them to cancel the service. Mary is in a nursing home now and no longer needs the service. I want the service cancelled and a refund of 188.80 that was charged to my credit card.
