Life Quality Pharmacy Personal information for a prescription which I did not order Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
A representative of Life Quality Pharmacy called me and told me they wanted to send me a prescription for some foot creme which I supposedly had ordered.
He said they needed my birthdate and my social security number in order to mail the item to me. I refused to give them the information and hung up.
