Received an automated call and announce call for Life Alert USA, in violation of RCW (revised code of Washington) 80.36.400, and RCW 19.86 (consumer protection). They are giving me the runaround on the statutory damages I am due, do to their marketing (either by them or their agent)..I am due $500.00 (statutory damages) for the call and am also entitled to treble damages plus attorney's cost if it goes to trial.
