LifeCell skincare I ordered a 30 trial cream, was never told they were going to send more after the trial I saw a charge to my credit card for $189 which I think is not right because I never authorize them to charge to my acc,  Hollywood Florida

I ordered a 30 trial cream, was never told they were going to send more after the trial I saw a charge to my credit card for $189 which I think is not right because I never authorize them to charge to my acc, in order to get refunded I have to send the tube back was never told that neither I don't drive and have to get somebody to take me to the Post Office

This customer has called in already to have the account canceled and refunded. We advised her on 07/13/14 that she can refuse or return the package for the VIP subscription so she wouldnt be billed. However, if she already had received it, then for the second order, she would have needed to return the product within 15 days in order to receive a full refund. 

As a courtesy, I can extend that or provide to give her 50% back if she contacts customer service again, it will be notated on her account.
