Lift SP - Skin Perfection - Dr. Steven Jepson Won't give refund after they told me to return product Riverton Utah

I ordered the free trial bottle which just had $4.95 shipping charged to my credit card. I did not know I was joining a membership. A second bottle came nin the mail and I set it aside. When a third bottle arrived, I wondered if I was being charged 4.95 each and every time - checked my bank records, and saw no unexplained $4.95 charges.

When a fourth bottle of the stuff arrived, I checked my bank records more carefully and saw that I was being charged $79.95 each time I received a shipment of this stuff I was not even using and didn't want.

I immediately called the company and was told I could have a one time courtesy refund of $79.95 and could cancel my "membership" which I did.

However, I still had 4 unopened bottles of this stuff. The employee on the phone, Steven, told me that if the bottles were unopened I could get a refund for them as well. If they tape phone calls as they say they do, it is easy for them to check and see that Steven really did tell me this.

I went immediately to the post office, mailed all 4 bottles back to them at my own expense plus insurance cost.

When a month passed with no word, I called the company and they told me they did have my cancellation on record but Steven did not make a note of my "one time courtesy refund of $79.95" so that hadn't happened yet. I said, that's because Steven told me to send back ALL unopened bottles and I could get a full refund for those (3 x $79.95.)

The woman on the phone said they could not possibly re-sell those bottles to another customer. I said but they were sealed. She said its their policy to not re-sell them. Her name was Sylvia. We spoke May 4, 2009.

So now I don't even have the product that I paid (cringe) $240 for.

This company is nothing but a ripoff. A real company would have sent an invoice each time they sent a bottle so that I would know I was being charged $80 and could act accordingly.

I hope other people are smarter than I was and check this company out before ordering their "free" sample.
