Chad Mahaley of Lightning Video Productions filmed the San Angelo September Slide in 2008. I paid for three videos and paid by check.
My check was cashed within days. I never recieved my videos. He lied about shipping them. He always has an excuse for not sending them
I requested a refund multiple times. He continues to lie about sending it and continues with the excuses!
