Applied for a loan on line and Lincoln Fidelity Group wanted a down payment for my 12000.00 loan. I wired it. The next day they said the lender backed out and I would not see my down payment until Feb. 22. I am out 2616.63. College student who borrowed from mom and dad. Scam, Scam.

I AM A VICTIM OF LINCOLN FIDELTY GROUP TO

AUTHOR: Ashlee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 23, 2007

Same scam happened to me, they got me for 1,830.00. They day the funds were to be deposited John Mackey called and said lender backed out, but he found me another lender for a 10,000 loan but wanted another 900.00$. I advised they already guranteed me twice and I wouldn't send any more money. They also said I would get my refund on 2-22-07 well of course no money and now thier 800# is disconnected and they pulled thier website. They disappeared just like the BBB said they would. Here are some websites to file complaints: fbic3.gov,ftc.gov,fcc.gov,phonebusters.com and they will give you a link for the Royal Canadian Police, Pittsburgh BBB, Nebraska BBB, Nebraska Attorney General, consumer affairs. I filed w/all these sites. Hope this helps a little. Good Luck
