Lincoln Fidelty Group Advance Fee Loan Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Canada

This company contacted me and advised me I was approved for a 5,000$ loan. I was faxed the contract and upon wiring the 900$ collateral payment to a "Shelly Turner" in Alberta Canada, the funds would be deposited into my bank account w/in 24 hours. Unfortunately I wired the 900$ on 2/2/07 and was contacted on 2-5-07 saying the "lender decided to re-asses my file" and wanted another 900$ and again guranteed me over and over that the money would be there the next day before 5:00 p.m and there would be no problems, so I wired another 900$ on 2-07-07 and of course got the call the next morning saying the lender decided to "back out of the loan", but he found me a different lender and this loan was for 10,000$ and of course wanted another 900$ collateral payment. I was also promised a refund of my 1,830$ on 2-22-07, which I know will not happen. After that call I went to the BBB and through thier research they have done over the last couple weeks has verfied that the address in PA dosn't exist and thier website was bought in January 2007 and they wouldn't release any information. Unfortunately today they have shut the website down and disconnected there 800#. I have lost 1,830$ as a result of these scam artists.
