I was called by Lincoln Home Company in the beginning. They new that I had a Country Wide loan that Bank of America bought.
They told me that I could qualify for a refinanced loan. They asked me to FAX all of my financial information, and that they would process the new refi loan for an up-front fee of $ 4,000.00.
After a few months, they stopped answering my calls, and disconnected their phone numbers.
