 Simple scam really - and a frequent one

buy an item on the internet store site -

open, use, and then make a bogus claim for your money back and then fail to return the item.....

Basically, the scam is to buy the item, keep the item, get a refund, and keep the product -   to get an item without paying is simply theft -
