Linda Semon of Coldwell Banker Santa Monica scammed me. She drafted an illegal and fraudulent landlord/tenant contract designed to rip me off for tens of thousands of dollars. It demands that I pay my landlord in CASH, and that I pay her entire upfront commissions for 4 years!

Coldwell Banker also is run by a madman named Steve Manavi, who allows his agents to steal funds from unsuspecting clients. Pay attention to their online reviews and all the new complaints appearing online. This company is stealing from new clients and trying to protect their actions with the bogus contracts they force you to sign. Please beware!
