The ad says "Linen chest invites you to take advantage of this event at our Ottawa store from September 13th to 16th Additional 20% of everything in store* (the underline is mine for emphasis).

When you read the small print in excludes pretty well every thing that most people would would want. If the item that I wanted was on sale I would have bought it on the spot, instead the company has created someone who will never shop there again.
