The owner of this company is on the F list under the BBB. The same owner refuses to give refunds to customers and is suspected of fraud by way of not shipping out orders that are directly shipped to her home. I have also heard that it takes 10 weeks to receive a product? I have received a product in 3 days from e-bay! She is ripping people off and is getting away with it!

...but it has been stealing money from employees and customers for the last year or so.

I was hired on in September by Elena. I was told that she was putting the business back together after someone had embezzled a bunch of money and ripped her off. I truly believe she described herself. She just needed some "fall guys" to take the blame... some well-trained and well-spoken customer service specialists to tell the customers in sweet, polite voices that their orders would be in soon and just to wait and give these customers any excuse in the book.

The fact of the matter is, Elena never intended to pay me. I believe that completely. She hired me on, I worked hours and hours and at the end of it all I left on a good note (or so I thought) and she asked for my identification so she could pay me so I scanned it and emailed it off to her and never heard from her again. She owes me roughly $700 in wages and she refuses to pay me. Instead, she'd rather point fingers at me and accuse me of trying to slander the company. Well guess what, Elena, it's not slander when it's TRUE.

If Elena Santana owes you money FIGHT for it and keep fighting until you get it. I know I will.

I came across this report attempting to locate Linens 4 You for employment. I was originally hired by this company back in 2006 and coincidentally am now looking to be re-hired. This company hired me when I was pregnant. I had been looking for jobs for months and because of my condition, no one hired me. This company did. In addition, I was witness to the owner's generosity which I have rarely seen from any of my previous employers. I was hired as a customer service representative and one day this customer called inquiring pricing for cheerful hospital bedding and sheets for her child. Apparently, the child had been very ill for quite some time and was bedridden. Since this customer was on a budget, I was on the phone with her for hours choosing some custom bedding for her child's hospital. Needless to say, this customer placed an order and claimed she was going over her budget but wanted to surprise her child with the cheerful bedding.

Touched by this customer's phone call, I discussed my conversation with my boss. She was also touched by this customer's current situation and authorized me to have the merchandise shipped without charging the customer. I happily arranged the bedding to be custom made for this customer, wrapped it up in a nice box with a pretty bow and shipped it to the customer. I was so proud to work for this company.

Well, I had my baby and decided not to work and focus entirely on my baby. Now that my baby is older and in daycare, I am seeking employment from this company again. Good company to work for. I don't think in any way they would intentionally harm their customers or employees.

I never worked for this company! Just refund folks and you won't get any more complaints! You know this isn't the first complaint!! I am smart enough to figure that if folks are not getting their stuff it must be because you just aint sending the stuff!!!Perhaps..i am one of them people who are not getting their stuff!
