There are many sources out there selling Victoria Secret overstock goods from their manufacture overruns, etc. All trademark rules have been highly respected and abided by. We strictly enforce anyone who purchases any type of name brand overstock labels, which can or may consist of Frederick's of Hollywood, Delta Burke, LaSenza, Playtex, Hanes, Susan Lucci, etc. should also always abide by all trademark laws. EBayer's or those who choose to ignore this assume all liability as the rules of EBay and the trademarks are very clear. Whether one sells a famous name label they purchased from a broker, at a flea market, or once purchased at the mall, Lingerie Mart does not support, entertain or engage in the re-selling of items including trademark infringements.

Lingerie Mart holds no money except for merchandise ordered or as specifically instructed by a customer. Credit cards are pre-charged for the order amount prior goods being pulled off the floor only to ensure sufficient funds are available and the card is not fraudulent. IF an item is on backorder at time of shipping, the customer instructs us to ship the balance upon arrival, apply the amount to their next order or which order they prefer, or cancel the backorder and refund the money. All respective refunds are immediately noted and ARE processed back to the customer.

Domestic ground shipping costs are based on the order amount and listed in grid form on the website. Thus, no customer is charged multiple times for shipping. Our rates are less than other online and catalog houses also using the dollar grid system. In fact, we ship numerous heavy orders that cost the company more in shipping than the amount charged to the customer. The company absorbs these extra costs. This in part of our service provided to our customers. For international shipping, the cost we are given is based on country, location and weight and we quote it between 3 different carriers to offer the best method at the lowest possible cost.
