Lingo Corp ripoff Harrisburg Pennsylvania

I signed up for lingo and used my card to pay 19,95 per month many problems were not resolved continued to resolve by calling toll free number, never can understand foriegn employees went on for three months never could recieve calls on both numbers like 918-682-8504 or 770-0025 for duration of service but was able to make some calls saw on account many numbers i never called for minutes at a time{over 600} canceled service november 29th and recieved confimation the account was cancelled and December 5th, they took $28.74 for two numbers which one{770-0025} i did not want out of my account

How can they still charge me again even tho the account was cancelled? i even stopped the charge at the bank prior to that date but the bank gave it to them anyway
