LINK-LITE DATA William Stoudt (President) THEY WILL NOT PAY CONTRACTED PRICE FOR WORK READING, Pennsylvania

I was contracted by link lite data to do telecom work in the pittsburgh area.  But, then they stopped paying me for jobs since the beginning of Jan... So they owed me money from jan 2011 and so forth.  they kept giving me excuses, and the best ones were the check is mailed out... but, never was.  I have email correspondence from this company showing there lies, and ignorance.  The president of the company Bill Stoudt is the biggest joke of them all.  He talks a real big game, and tries very hard to be a hard a*s, thinking it will get him somewhere, but after research, I found out that I was not the only fool to get tricked by this company.  This company owes me over 2, 600.00 plus dollars.  And now they still once in a while play kid games, and take me lightly.  But, its funny that they made one response I cost them over 30,000 dollars because of my actions... WOW really that is the best they can come up with that, Oh and the best part... they said they would counter sue me... Oh boy.... WOW really??? Is that the best lie you can make now a days?  Bill, if I cost you so much money, then you would of let me go a long time ago, quit the excuses and pay the money you owe me... because it is you that is ruining your business by not paying people.  So, I know that you will probably respond to this trying to excape the truth.  And try to make me look bad, but, the bottom line is that I pay my employees for the work they complete.  If they do unsatisfactory work, I try and train them... If it doesnt work out for them I let them go... but, no matter what I pay my guys for services rendered.  That is the law... Why cant you understand that, you are not above the law.  Besides, your ratings were poor before I started.  My ratings in my business are 100% customer satisfaction, throughout the board.  So, apparently you saying I dont know my business or I dont have the skills... Well with my ratings By Customers prove you wrong...  I'm sorry but, you are an idiot, and a very poor business owner.  You have a temper which will get you into trouble all the time.  Learn to calm yourself down, take some medication, and learn about the PA Laws and Labor relations.  You can threaten my with counter suite but, you will lose that and just cost yourself more imbarrasement and money you dont have.  Hell you can't even pay the money you owe me....  Get over yourself, and pay the money you owe me before you will have a bigger bill, and costs you can not pay.  So, to Potential Clients, Workers and so forth, Please stay away from this Link Lite Data.  They are bad people, Well his wife is nice, but Bill is an idiot and very short tempered.   Not a good person to do business with.... Even though Bill will rebutle against me, I have the black and white papers and all other correspondence to prove that Bill and his company is exactly what I am saying in this posting....

The person that made this complaint is forgetting to mention that he didn't complete the SOW.

This so called company was first of all late to the site, had his "employee" not show up and couldn't find someone else right away and ended up taking a one day job and turning it into 3 days.

The SOW stated to remove ALL of the network equipment including phone system, phones, PC's etc. He left the Phone system, AP's, and who knows what else I will find out about and couldn't come up with the required deliverables.

When he talks about going back to the site to get the stuff he left behind, well if you would've done it right the first time there wouldn't been no need to return.

Another thing is I told you that we would give a partial payment until we see that we will be getting the full rates and to this day 4-5-2011 they are still on hold because of your unprofessional work.

I don't appreciate you trashing my company on here when we are a very reputable company with many satisfied employees and subs that actually do the job right the first time. Get it together and stop calling yourself a company when it is nothing more than a joke.
