LINKSHE I ordered 2 swimsuits and then wanted to return them, but never got a refund for the returned merchandise Internet

I ordered 2 swimsuits, didn't like them, asked to return them. They kept sending me messages telling me they could only give me 50% back and then when I said no they offered 80%, I again said no.  they then said I needed to create a ticket to get the refund. I did that and sent the items back to an address in Virginia. they wanted me to verify with a tracking number which I did. I continued to email with no response. this happened almost 2 months ago and the refund should be close to 50.00.  My ticket disappeared, so I created another one. so far nothing.  Was then told they were on the Chinese holiday for 2 weeks so couldn't respond.  This company is a huge scam!!
