They led me on to believe they were stand up people. Well i was wrong. Walter pollard ruined my kitchen floors, they are unlevel and not installed correctly. The crown molding has chunks taken out of it, to make it line up. They then filled the corners with so much caulk, the molding is just falling off. I have tried to call them over 30 times, and have left messages with the answering service, but no calls have been returned. I then read an ad on craigslist, and it was from another person they scammed, come to find out they have a long history of doing this in new jersey. Google walter pollard better choice construction, woodbury new jersey. They ran off a job there as well and have a judgment against them for over 100 k. Please be careful and avoid carol pollard of linnaen homes, and walter s pollard aka bud pollard of linnaen homes and repairs. The website is www.linnaenhomes.com
Beware of walter s pollard-aka bud pollard. And his wife carol pollard of linnaen homes and repairs & linnaen homes real estate. Neither which is legal in the state of florida. The man is a crook, does horrible work, they have no internet listings online of thier business whats that tell you... They screwed up my kitchen floor and trim and refuse to fix it. I have called the state of florida and they are not licensed as advertisments claim. I hired Linnaen Homes and Repairs for my property in Sarasota. Walter was there everyday. Has complete knowledge in every aspects of construction and home repairs. He is fair priced. He even goes the extra mile for his customers.
This is totally a false report against Linnaen Homes and thier owners. Please Do Not Believe this report. I am more than willing to give a verbal reference for this company.

Linnaen Homes and repairs have never had a customer by the name of John. We didn't do any flooring or crown molding. We have a handyman business in port charlotte fl. We are licensed L14000170186 which is active in the florida department of corporations. We also have a business license with Charlotte County. We are insured. This bogus report is a tenant that has severe mental issues who was evicted from my rental property. He is putting bogus ads out about us, did a fake facebook page for our business. This individual has been arrested for check fraud, assault and kidnapping. I found this out after I evicted him. I have all the documents from a background check I did on him and his childrens momma. He is abusive to her and his children.
