Simone Nelson, aka Lip-Ink UK, www.lip-ink.co.uk  fictitiously represents herself as being affiliated with and a representative of Lip Ink International. She is committing corporate identity theft by selling our products. The facts are as follows:
 
Simone Nelson has no receipts for the past 3 years leading up to October 2012 to prove that she has purchased wholesale Lip Ink products from Lip Ink International - the exclusive manufacturer of its multi-patented line of products that she claims to represent.  Any legal purchases she made prior to 3 years ago in 2009 are now expired and are therefore past their shelf life. Lip Ink International is the sole distributor of its cosmetic line. All new retailers who sell our full line of cosmetics are required to have an approved retail brick & mortar retail location.  Online selling is strictly limited to the official company website www.lipink.com and the official Amazon, and eBay storefronts.  Retailers, as of the date of this report, are not authorized to sell online.  We have yet to generate written documents to give exclusive rights in perpetuity to anyone to sell our patented propriety line of cosmetics online. Simone claims to sell in excess of 1000 pounds of product weekly without having made a single purchase from the manufacturer in over 3 years of this original complaint. The facts reveal theft of products, trademarks, copyrights, images, URL theft and corporate identity theft. In 2009, Simone was legally put on notice to cease and desist on all the above violations, but she continues to disregard laws, rules, and contracts both in the USA and the UK as of the date of this report.
