Liquid Space Inc They sold office "leases" in marketing but would not provide an actual lease Palo Alto California

This is a HORRIBLE business. The staff are non-responsive and completely unprofessional when they respond.  I need a simple LEASE.  The same LEASE that was mentioned in the sales emails that I get from them.
Below is the email from them:
"Hello herschel.

Get 10% off all hourly and daily spaces across the LiquidSpace network, when you book any month-to month workspace. This exclusive discount is one of the many network benefits you'll receive as a member.

First you must lease a space on monthly terms to access this discount."

Note the word LEASE in their email. I sign up for the service.  I sign a DASH license which is fine then I ask for the LEASE (which I must have a written lease for my business).  Then I am told that they don't have a lease.  They can't provide a lease. That I must not know what I am talking about because a lease isn't needed for my purposes (thanks for knowing my business better than me?).

Esther, Melissa Jensen  wasted my time.  And the delays caused much frustration.

I did not receive the service which I paid for - a leased office space.  They said they had the DASH license. That is NOT a lease that I need. Rental was to start on 1 March. I told them the first week of February that I needed the lease.  They refused to provide the lease.  Then refused to refund the full amount of $880 saying that I had not cancelled in time. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE SERVICE! I NEVER GOT THE LEASE - THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE A LEASE.
