This is a scam. When you sign up for trial, you are actually signing up for large monthly payment to be on your credit card. It took me over an hour to finally get to someone who would cancel my account. First, they tried to charge me $9.00 "processing" charge and have me mail the unused portion back. I refused and told them I would stop my credit card. Finally, they canceled account. I am still going to stop card, though.
