Liquidation.com, Liquidity Services, ripoff misrepresented products and refusing to allow return no reply to several letters Washington District of Columbia

I purchased approx. $2,800 in remanufactured ink from the company. The company described these products as follows:

"Refurbished assets are used but have been inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition."

Upon receiving the products, I found that almost none of them work. Out of the 20 tested, I think 18 or 19 were non-functional.

The company refuses to return the products. I sent three letters via postal mail and none were ever replied to after several weeks.

This company has ripped me off, and I do not recommend you deal with them at all costs. You may be ripped off too.
