As a mortgage broker in this area for over twenty years and I can honestly say that Lisa Birdsong is a GREAT Realtor.   I have never heard anything from clients but praise for her and her staff.  She is very knowledgable of the area and is a great negotiator.  

Why anyone would go to this  length to attempt to discredit a fine Realtor is beyond me.  

I read the complaint and her rebuttle and knowing her standards, I would believe her and use her for any real estate needs.

I am saddened to read this false report from you. This weekend I became the target of a stranger on Facebook who was angered that an ad did not show the price. Via FB messenger he insulted me, berated me, harassed me and threatened my online reputation if I didn't meet his demands. 

In his written communication to me, (all of which I have and can show to verify as facts), he told me he would ruin my professional reputation by filing reports and writing bad reviews across specific online sites - Ripoffreport being one he mentioned specifically. And here he is doing exactly that.  He seemed to take great pride in having the power to ruin someone's good name, their reputation and their livelihood. 

You state in your review that I 'did not return calls or emails and that you lost a good deal because of me'. All untrue. As of right now, you have never phoned me and never emailed me. Show proof of these claims.  Furthermore, there are no other claims like this against me or my group of professionals (another untruth you wrote in your report), except for the ones you have made since Saturday Feb 16th. Unfortunately, a person's ability to file false claims behind a keyboard is far too easy to do in today's world.

The person on social media said they wanted to offer $200k all cash on a home I have listed. In my response on the messenger app I advised him of how to go about making an offer. An offer must be presented on proper forms and include documentation to support his ability to purchase, not a partial sentence on social media. I also told him where he could find the proper forms to prepare the offer, as he made it very clear he did not want or need a Realtor’s assistance.  

Although the ID shown on this site does not match the one(s) used on other sites or the FB messenger, the details and times are all the same. It was also stated in the threats, that I would be stuck with the bad reviews you make on these sites forever. You told me my screenshots of your erratic behavior would be useless because many sites won't allow them to be used. (Seems you know how to do this very well.)  Nonetheless, I have made the majority of images available here. 

The hostility and insults, in the messages sent and comments made, were alarming and made it difficult for me to interact or to be of assistance. I am confused by the aggressive behavior and the threats against me. Quite honestly, what I've learned in the past couple of days about the person attacking me has only frightened me more. 

In closing, I encourage anyone who reads this report to contact me. I operate my business on integrity and transparency. I can provide you with a long list of references, people you can speak to directly who will share their experience(s) with my services. I have hundreds of reviews across the internet - I am not afraid of a bad review but I am afraid of unstable people who threaten me and who find pleasure in injuring others. 

Again, I have plenty of documentation to support what I have stated here. This person has none. Their claim that I failed them did not happen.
