Lisa Cowan created a fake fundraiser for a dog that was dead. I already paid the vet bills directly to the vet.

I paid all the bills. When the dog didn't survive, I of course was upset. But even more upset that Lisa Cowan created a fake fundraiser for the SAME dog.

The dog was DEAD and she created a fake sob story regarding treating the dog and needing money to treat the dog. She raised $3000 dollars for a dog that was dead and took the money for herself.

Other people in dog rescue claim she has a severe narcotics addiction and she is skimming money from rescue animals to feed her addictions. BEWARE who you donate money to.

I do not recommend giving her 1 dime, pay the vet directly.

The real Lisa Cowan does not even work.  She sits at home on her computer and phone so she can flip dogs and harass people online.  Lisa relies solely on money from her elderly mother and from donations.  She is aspiring to be able to become a travel agent like Desiree so she can work from home too.

I believe it was when Lisa lived at 4133 Violet St in La Mesa, CA, she fell down and broke both of her arms so she is currently trying to sue the landlord for causing her to be disabled, but the truth is that Lisa had already broken both of her arms once before and that is what caused her limitations regarding her arms, but she just really wants to try to get her landlord to have to pay her money for her tripping and falling down on his property.
